I am Yoga

In 2023, during Delhi summer days I went to Leh at a school called New Millennium Children School to teach Yoga to children from nursery to 8th grade. I am a yoga practitioner myself. I wanted to volunteer my expertise for children to learn better life skills. I stayed in their hostel for two and a half months to teach yoga early morning. The outcome of such sessions was incredible as all children were willingly joining my practice daily, without complaining the early timings.
